SEL is all the rage in K-12.

So why not in college?

SEL:
The College Years

We believe in ongoing, preventative care.

Although there are many major transitions that our students make, the biggest may be when students enroll in college. College counseling centers are busier than they have ever been. Clinicians are letting us know that in terms of content, our kids are in great shape. In terms of mental health and coping skills, we may be lacking. As we find information and articles that may facilitate healthy adjustment and coping with the next step, we will post that content in this section. Knowledge, after all, is the key to healthy living.
The world needs colleges that embrace the social and emotional aspects of education, in addition to the purely intellectual pursuits.
